Rising Harmony
Meet Julie
It all started when I got a job as a nurse and felt overwhelmed almost right away.
I was excited to begin this new chapter, but quickly everything started to feel like it was falling apart. My personal life was taking unexpected turns, my job left me feeling hopeless, and I felt like I was losing control over my own life. I felt stuck in something I had worked so hard for.
I was also surrounded by patients who were struggling, and I found myself in a similar emotional state, anxious, drained, and unsure how to get out of it.
I started searching for something that could help me feel different again.
What matters most to me is creating a space where you can feel safe, supported, and heard. A space where you can slow down, reflect, and start to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all advice. Each person is different, and the work is built around you, your experiences, your patterns, and your values.
I know how isolating burnout can feel.
You don’t have to go through it alone. If you’re here, there might be a reason. And you might be closer to feeling better than you think.
Through that process, I found a nurse coaching program. As soon as I began, something shifted. I felt a spark again, like things could actually change. I trained for several months and began working with people, helping them move through their own challenges.
Seeing others feel better, more aligned, and more like themselves again gave me a sense of purpose I hadn’t felt in a long time.
That’s what led me to create Rising Harmony.
Today, I work with women who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from themselves.
